Discovery Visit

Short, 10-15 minute call during which Dr. Nathan Dailey determines if you are appropriate for an hour-long physical therapy evaluation and treatment session. Be prepared to discuss: your location of symptoms, the approximate date that they began and any special words you would use to describe them (“burning,” “aching,” “throbbing,” etc.).
